Thank you very much for using iRecadata External SSD series product. Customer need to refer to the following information to access related service if necessary.
If need for repair, the customer need to contact the distributor that you purchase at the first, or go to our website www.irecadata,com.


Warranty Term:
1. Products can replace free within 15days after sale if it cannot use due to the quality problems, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. But need confirmation by distributor. (Using purchasing invoice or receipt date for reference, similarly hereinafter, if not, production date shown on the serial number)
2. Products offer the repair service for free within 5 years after sale if it cannot use due to the quality problems, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. But need confirmation by distributor.
3. Accessories of USD3.0 data cable, manual etc. Customer need to check clearly before purchase, if missing anything after sale, our company will not bear any responsibility.
4. Accessories of USD3.0 data etc, accessories can replace free within 30days if it cannot use due to the quality problems after confirmation, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. This service offered in the place of purchase. 
5. Customer could regularly check our official website www.irecadata.com to get the technical support and relative service

 

If following occurs, certain maintenance costs will be charged.
1. The damage caused by the fall, extrusion, hard knock, crash, high temperature, corrosion, water-logged. The malfunction and damaged caused by incorrect use, the unauthorized repairs and alteration. The breakdown and the damage caused by the Force majeure like fire, flood, or earthquake etc. The damage caused by other non-product design, production and quality problem.
2. The malfunction and damaged caused by the other barriers (man-made factors) such as access not appropriate power, using inappropriate accessories, deprived of manual use, the certain maintenance costs and material cost will be charge.
3. The product after warranty period (over 5 years after sale), iRecadata provide paid service depending on the circumstances. But this service won’t be provided by the reason such as material missing, the certain maintenance costs and material cost will be charge.
